Oncor Wears Red to Support Heart Health
Employees proud to support Go Red Day

Heart disease and stroke are the leading causes of death among women, affecting 1 in 3 women each year.  At the same time, 80 percent of cardiac and stroke health emergencies may be preventable through education and action.

Oncor is proud to celebrate the American Heart Association’s National Wear Red Day by promoting awareness and encouraging others to maintain a healthy heart.

Wearing red on this day is not only an act of solidarity with those who have been diagnosed with heart disease, but it is also a way to start an important conversation and share the changes you can make to lower your risk of heart disease.

Oncor is once again proud to participate in this national campaign. Employees across our service territory are wearing red today and the lights outside our downtown Dallas headquarters will shine red this evening in support of this cause.
